The center offers a state of the art work out in only 30 minutes. A wieght
training program designed for Women. Weight loss
counseling is available.
Caroly (Kat) Sillick center owner invites you to come by for a visit and check out the facility and ask questions. Carolyn has been helping women for 40+ years to regain their health and fitness thru exercise and nutrition.

Nursery and Landscape plants
We hand select every plants
for you to have a plant that you can enjoy for months. Everything in
the nursery is foliar fed weekly and groomed as needed. Every
effort is made to avoid dry out situations.
We are passionate about plants at Chelseas. We will also:

All of the plants and flower beds are furnished and
maintained by Chelsea's Garden.
