Marilyn at Art & Espresso alerted me (again) that the Winnsboro Merchants Shopping Cart Drill Team is collecting school supplies for the children in cooperation with the Resource Center.
The benefit performances (which are short and guaranteed to bring a smile to your face) will be at 2 pm and on Market Street at 5:30 pm.
Can't be present for the Drill Team performance? Drop your school supplies into the cart that will be at Art & Espresso all week.
Need help deciding what to donate, ask for a list of suggested supplies at A&E, 217 Market St. A little help from lots of people will make a big difference for many children as the new school year begins.
